Warm Butter Chicken Crab Dip

SERVES: 6-8
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 8oz (240 g) package cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 cup (250 ml) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 6oz (180 g) can crab meat
- 1/4 cup Saha Butter Chicken Base
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) ground paprika
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 ºC
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella, crab meat, Saha Butter Chicken Base and lemon juice and mix until well combined.
- Transfer this mixture evenly to a shallow baking dish
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 mins or until lightly browned and bubbling.
- Garnish with green onions and paprika and serve with crostini or crackers.
