Saha Green Curry Dip
Yields approximately three cups of dip
Ingredients
- 10 oz (300g) frozen edamame beans
- 1 cup (250 ml) sour cream
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) Saha™ Green Curry Base
- Juice of half a lime
- Salt to taste
Method
Cook edamame beans according to package directions. Put all the ingredients on a food processor and purée until smooth. Season with salt according to your taste. Serve with crudités and tortilla or pita chips.
