Saha Summer Bean Salad

Yields approx. 4 cups (1 L)


  • 19 oz (540 g) canned bean medley
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) each diced red, yellow and green peppers
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) diced red onion
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) diced avocado
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) chopped parsley, lightly packed
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) Saha Lahmajoun Pizza Base
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp (5 ml) salt


Drain the bean medley and rinse the beans.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, reserving the chopped parsley, and toss until well combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Prior to serving, add the chopped parsley and mix well.
