Saha Tabbouleh

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 ml) coarsley chopped parsley
  • 1 cup (250 ml) cooked bulghar wheat or couscous
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup (250 ml) diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Method

Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.

Serve with toasted pita wedges or grape leaves.
