- 2 cups (500 ml) coarsley chopped parsley
- 1 cup (250 ml) cooked bulghar wheat or couscous
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) diced tomato
- 1/2 cup (250 ml) diced red onion
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup Saha™ Shawarma Marinade
Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
Serve with toasted pita wedges or grape leaves.
