Saha Two-Minute Hummus
Yields approx. 3 cups (750 ml)
Ingredients
- 19 oz (540 g) canned chickpeas
- ¼ cup (60 ml) Saha Shish Taouk Marinade™
- ¼ cup (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup (60 ml) reserved chickpea
liquid or water
- 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
- ¼ tsp (2 ml) sesame oil
Method
Drain the chickpeas, reserving ¼ cup (60 ml) of the liquid.
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
Serve with toasted pita wedges and crudités.
