Saha Two-Minute Hummus

Yields approx. 3 cups (750 ml)

Ingredients

    • 19 oz (540 g) canned chickpeas
    • ¼ cup (60 ml) Saha Shish Taouk Marinade
    • ¼ cup (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil
    • ¼ cup (60 ml) reserved chickpea

liquid or water

  • 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
  • ¼ tsp (2 ml) sesame oil

Method

Drain the chickpeas, reserving ¼ cup (60 ml) of the liquid.

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.

Serve with toasted pita wedges and crudités.
