    DESCRIPTION:

    This Thai curry is known for its vibrant yellow colour, rich and complex flavours, and creamy texture. There are many varieties of Yellow Curry, and is often made with chicken or beef and potatoes.   It can also be made with tofu, seafood, or vegetables and served over jasmine rice or rice noodles.

    INGREDIENTS:

    Onions, chilli purée (jalapeno, bell peppers, Thai chillies, water), golden yellow sugar, white vinegar, lemongrass, sea salt, canola and/or sunflower oil, tamari (water, soybeans, salt, sugar), garlic, cilantro, Kaffir lime leaves, galangal, fenugreek, spices. 

    Instructions:

    1. Brown 1/3 lb (150 g) of any meat or soy of your choice.
    2. Add any vegetables of your choice to the pan and sauté.
    3. Add 1/4 cup (60 mL) of curry base and 3/4 cup (180 mL) of coconut milk to the pan and stir until combined.
    4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 1-2 mins.
    5. Serve over rice.
